Placing Your Order - Website, Phone or Email

Phone = Our office is open from Monday to Thursday EST 0800~1600 and on Friday from 0800~1430

Email = We accept your orders via email 24 hours a day and will confirm receipt of your email.

Payment

We accept Visa and Mastercard Credit Cards.  

Should you wish to pay via cheque or direct deposit please contact our office.

Australian Delivery

Envorinex delivers all orders under 5kg via Australia Post.  All orders over 5kg are sent with our National Transport Company.

Please ensure the delivery address you provide is convenient for larger deliveries and please make comments if you authorise the package to be left in a specific area when there is no one present to accept the delivery.

Orders placed before 1300hrs are shipped the same day where there is stock on hand, should there be any unforeseen delays due to manufacturing then we shall contact you.

International Delivery

Envorinex delivers all orders under 5kg via International Parcel Post.

For orders in excess of 5kg please contact our office.

Returns

Envorinex accepts return goods at the clients expense.

A full refund will be made where the goods are returned under warranty.
